Klord Fachetti briefing
In this scene we understand Klord Fachetti’s intentions and problems. An entertainment industry strangled by the grip of Satan is an issue to be adressed as it’s directly wounding his company which funds Christian organisations and most importantly the church. In a world of secularisation and acceptance of all agendas, Klord must find a solution and Armado Balthazaar is the trusted man to discover that needle in the haystack. A voice is needed to enlighten people and bring them back on the path to Christ…well not exactly. Klord couldn’t care less about an afterlife as his interest is in this life alone and bringing people back on the path to Christ would mean his pockets will have an everlasting flow of cash.
Gideon doubts Sidney’s ways.
“A time is coming like no soul has ever experienced” Sidney says as he urges his followers to prepare for the tribulation. Though Sidney gives strong justification for his decision to use weaponry to ‘frighten the enemy’ Gideon still sees no link between the new testament and Ashes’ sermon.
Sidney makes it clear to them that they are the chosen 144,000 (A belief from the Bible that a specific amount of people will be sealed by God in the last days) and that God wants them to evangelise and seek out the unbelievers. Gideon struggles at the beginning but Sidney slowly makes his ‘truth’ worth dying for.
